DIVE ENGINEERING Ltd., Dobrich, was established under the Commercial Law in 2012 with a share capital of BGN 200,000. The company's activity is design and construction, construction and repair works, construction process, trade with construction materials, engineering services, production of reinforcement blanks; armopacks for slotted walls and pilot structures; construction of hydraulic facilities, water supply and sewerage systems; construction of sites in urban areas, design and landscaping construction; infrastructure projects - design and construction of transport, energy, technical and industrial infrastructure; drawing out and pulling out of sunken property in the territorial sea, inland waters and inland waterways; underwater technical activities, including underwater cutting, welding and dredging.

The personnel of "Dive Engineering" Ltd. has the relevant knowledge and competencies in the industry in the scope the company operates. The two managers also have exceptional skills and qualifications in the field of activity of the company, as one manager has 15 years of experience and the other - with 12 years of experience in organizations working in the same field of activity. The chief engineer of the company has full design certification and has more than 15 years of experience as a designer.

Since 2014, Dive Engineering Ltd. has started production of reinforcement blanks, armopacks for pilot structures and slotted walls on request of the client and implementation of construction and installation work. The company‘s commercial activity has been realized in the country and it is planned that it is expanded abroad.

-        We have an Order for the removal of sunken property, representing the remains of seagoing ships in territorial waters

-        We are the main contractor for the project "Emergency restoration and strengthening of the face of a gabion wall, located on the left bank after the energy extinguisher of SHPP - Opletnya"

4. Construction installation works:

-        We have built the first experimental Container House in 153 School, Sofia, and Beer Box, Sofia, as well as a number of residential and office buildings and numerous infrastructure projects, mainly in Eastern Bulgaria.

-        Implementation of Engineering - design and implementation of construction and installation work, in connection with the implementation of the National Program for Energy Efficiency of Multifamily Residential Buildings on the territory of the Municipality of Burgas in several lots;

-        Overhaul (rehabilitation) of the “Cherno more” Highway, “Zvezditsa” Viaduct from km 2 + 511 to km 2 + 911

-        Overhaul and reconstruction of a municipal building in Regulated Land IX - "Chitalishte i magazin", quarter 16 according to the plan of Slanchevo village, Aksakovo Municipality

-        Increasing the energy efficiency and aestheticization of the building and the gym of "Assen Zlatarov" high school - Shabla

Our company is constantly modernized and is focused on high quality and comprehensive service to our customers.

The company has implemented and certified a Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We are certified and have implemented a documented management system in accordance with the requirements of BDS EN ISO 14001:2004, SA 26000 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

Since 2015, Dive Engineering Ltd. has been a licensed member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber, registered in the First group First category, the Second group First category, the Third group Third category, and the Fourth group First category of the Central Professional Construction Register, as for the period there were construction and installation works implemented of a total value of over BGN 5,000,000.

We have permits for:

-        Transport of goods in the country and abroad.

-        Removal of sunken property in territorial waters.

We have complete equipment and teams for the production of reinforcement blanks, armopacks for slotted walls and pilot structures, shotcreting, application of two-component polymers and construction.

In the field of innovation we have developed our own policy, which is reflected in the balance sheets for 2018 worth over BGN 217 000 and for 2019 - BGN 421 000. It is in the final stage before patenting.
